The Class began with revision of Surah Fatiha, Surah Ikhlas,
Surah Falaq and Surah Nass.
The duas for sleeping and waking up in the morning and the etiquettes
of drinking water were revised and the dua for travelling was introduced. Each
student was given a laminated dua card to hang in their family car to remind
them of saying the dua when they travelled.
The day’s lesson was about saying Salam. The students were
introduced to the meaning of Salam, its Aadaab (etiquettes) and Thawab
(reward). Each student received a Salam Checklist. The mothers were asked to keep
track of when the kids said Salam and check the appropriate boxes.
Arabic Time
The Arabic conversation from previous lessons and the names
of colors in Arabic were revised.
At Maghrib time, everyone made Wudu and prayed in Jamaa’ led
by one of the students.
