Kids Class: Months in Islam and revision of Story of Adam A.S.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Quran Time
The Class began with revision of Surah Fatiha, Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq and Surah Naas. Each student recited the surahs individually.

Dua Time
The duas for sleeping and waking up in the morning and the etiquettes of drinking water and the dua for travelling were revised.

Lesson Time
The day’s lesson was about the Months in Islam. The students were introduced to the Islamic calendar and the names of the months as well as some important dates in the Islamic calendar.
Then the Story of Adam AS was told again as a revision of one of the earlier classes.

Arabic Time
The Arabic conversation from previous lessons and the names of colors in Arabic were revised.

Gifts and Snack Time
 Each student received a wonderful gift for saying the Salam over the past two weeks and then everyone enjoyed yummy cupcakes and chips.

Toddlers’ Class: Right and Left Hand


Quran Time
The class began with recitation of Surah Fatiha, Surah Ikhlas and Surah Naas.  The toddlers were encouraged to recite with their mothers.

Arabic Time
The kids learned the Arabic alphabet Alif to Haa and listened to their favorite Arabic Letters Song. Then they learned the numbers from 1 to 6 and sang along the numbers song. They were given an activity to match Arabic number cutouts and a coloring sheet for the number 6.





Lesson Time
The first part was revision of previous lesson about Masjid. The lesson of the day was about right and left hand. The kids identified their right and left hand and learned the specific actions for each. They were also given an activity sheet where they traced their right and left hands and colored the respective actions to do with each hand.

Duas Time
The students were reminded to say Bismillah and Alhamdulillah, before and after eating and drinking. They were taught to say Alhamdulillah after they sneezed.

Kids Class: Assalamoalaikum

 Quran Time


The Class began with revision of Surah Fatiha, Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq and Surah Nass.

Dua Time
The duas for sleeping and waking up in the morning and the etiquettes of drinking water were revised and the dua for travelling was introduced. Each student was given a laminated dua card to hang in their family car to remind them of saying the dua when they travelled.



 Lesson Time
The day’s lesson was about saying Salam. The students were introduced to the meaning of Salam, its Aadaab (etiquettes) and Thawab (reward). Each student received a Salam Checklist. The mothers were asked to keep track of when the kids said Salam and check the appropriate boxes.

Arabic Time
The Arabic conversation from previous lessons and the names of colors in Arabic were revised.

Prayer Time

At Maghrib time, everyone made Wudu and prayed in Jamaa’ led by one of the students.
